  WB analysis using 66711-1-Ig (same clone as 66711-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66711-1-Ig (B3GAT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66711-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of K-562 using 66711-1-Ig (same clone as 66711-1-PBS)

  1X10^6 K-562 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human CD57 (66711-1-Ig, Clone:1F4A11) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (66360-2-Ig, Clone: K11A1B2A2) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66711-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
