  WB analysis of K-562 using 13913-1-AP

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13913-1-AP (SODD/BAG4 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Hintergrundinformationen

BAG4, also known as SODD (the silencer of death domain), belongs to the BAG family of anti-apoptotic proteins. BAG4 binds to the tumor necrosis factor receptor 1 (TNFR1) and block signaling for subsequent activation of apoptosis. This antibody detects 66-70 kDa full-length BAG4 protein and 45 kDa, 60 kDa C-terminal fragments, which was also observed by Hedda et al. (12706861).
