  WB analysis using 82910-2-RR (same clone as 82910-2-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82910-2-RR (BAZ2A antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82910-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using BAZ2A antibody (82910-2-RR, Clone: 230205B8 ) at dilution of 1:500 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82910-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U-2 OS using 82910-2-RR (same clone as 82910-2-PBS)

  (blue)1x10^6 U-2 OS were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human BAZ2A (82910-2-RR, Clone:230205B8) and Alexa Fluor™ Plus 647-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:166(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82910-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82910-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82910-2-RR against Human BAZ2A were performed. The affinity constant is 1.46 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

BAZ2A (bromodomain adjacent to zinc finger domain 2A), also known as TIP5. It is expected to be located in nucleus, and the protein is expressed at moderate levels in most tissues analyzed, including heart, brain, placenta, lung, skeletal muscle, kidney and pancreas. BAZ2A is an epigenetic regulator affecting transcription of ribosomal RNA, it is also a regulatory subunit of the ATP-dependent NoRC-1 and NoRC-5 ISWI chromatin remodeling complexes, which form ordered nucleosome arrays on chromatin and facilitate access to DNA during DNA-templated processes such as DNA replication, transcription, and repair (PubMed:28801535). The calculated molecular weight of BAZ2A is 210 kDa.
