  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 15718-1-AP

  WB result of BCKDK antibody (15718-1-AP; 1:600; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-BCKDK transfected HEK-293 cells.

• 

  WB analysis of mouse pancreas using 15718-1-AP

  mouse pancreas tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15718-1-AP (BCKDK antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: Mausnierengewebe, HEK-293-Zellen, Maus-Pankreasgewebe, Rattennierengewebe, Ratten-Pankreasgewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maus-Pankreasgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:200-1:800
