  FC experiment of SH-SY5Y using 83760-3-RR

  1x10^6 SH-SY5Y cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Bcl9 Recombinant Antibody (83760-3-RR, Clone:240682A9) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.

BCL9 is associated with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It may be a target of translocation in B-cell malignancies with abnormalities of 1q21. Its function is unknown. The overexpression of BCL9 may be of pathogenic significance in B-cell malignancies.
