Betaine-homocysteine methyltransferase (BHMT) is a cytosolic enzyme that Involved in the regulation of homocysteine metabolism. BHMT catalyzes the conversion of betaine and homocysteine to dimethylglycine and methionine, respectively. 50 ug of protein was used for WB. Blot was blocked with milk and incubated with 1-1000 primary antibody overnight at 4C.
