  WB analysis using 10361-1-AP (same clone as 10361-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10361-1-AP (BNIP2 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 10361-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 10361-1-AP (same clone as 10361-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using BNIP2 antibody (10361-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 10361-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

BCL2/adenovirus E1B 19 kDa protein-interacting protein 2 (BNIP2) is also named as PRKACN2. BNIP2 is developmentally regulated may suggest a role of this gene in those brain areas where the differentiation is orchestrated by estradiol. The expression of BNIP2 was inhibited by estradiol. BNIP2 is implicated in the suppression of cell death and interacts with the BCL-2 and adenovirus E1B 19 kDa proteins. BNIP2 is highly expressed in patients with favorable neuroblastoma (NB) (PMID: 25611382).
