  IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 14368-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 14368-1-AP (BPI antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• 

  IF Staining of HL-60 using 14368-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HL-60 cells using BPI antibody (14368-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Tonsillitisgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HL-60-Zellen
