  IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 14368-1-AP (same clone as 14368-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 14368-1-AP (BPI antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 14368-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HL-60 using 14368-1-AP (same clone as 14368-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HL-60 cells using BPI antibody (14368-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 14368-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
