  WB analysis using 68922-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68922-1-Ig (BRD9 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using 68922-1-Ig

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 μg BRD9 Monoclonal antibody (68922-1-Ig, Clone:1C10F2, red) and CoraLite488-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (Cat.NO. SA00013-1), and 0.2 μg Mouse IgG1 isotype Control Antibody (66360-1-Ig, Clone: T1F8D3F10, blue) was stained parallely as control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA .
