  IF Staining of mouse brain using CL594-66356

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed mouse brain tissue using CoraLite®594 BRE antibody (CL594-66356, Clone: 2E5A5 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL594-66356

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®594-conjugated BRE Monoclonal antibody (CL594-66356, Clone:2E5A5)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite®594 Mouse IgG2a isotype control (11A1B2) (CL594-66360-2, Clone: 11A1B2) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

BRE, also named as BRCC45, is a death receptor-associated antiapoptotic protein, which is also involved in DNA-damage repair, and K63-specific deubiquitination. BRE and its XIAP-sustaining mechanism could represent novel targets for anti-cancer therapy. BRE may regulate TNF-alpha signaling through its interactions with TNFRSF1A. It plays a role in homeostasis or cellular differentiation in cells of neural, epithelial and germline origins. BRE gene has four isoforms with MW 42-47 kDa.
