  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27550-1-AP (C15orf24 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma using 27550-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue slide using 27550-1-AP (EMC7/C15orf24 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue, human ovary cancer tissue; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
