  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20808-1-AP (C16orf14 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 20808-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells, using C16orf14 antibody 20808-1-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Mausherzgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen
