  WB analysis of mouse skeletal muscle using 25652-1-AP

  mouse skeletal muscle tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25652-1-AP (C19orf52 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of mouse skeletal muscle using 25652-1-AP

  IP result of anti-C19orf52 (IP:25652-1-AP, 3ug; Detection:25652-1-AP 1:700) with mouse skeletal muscle tissue lysate 4000ug.

  IHC staining of human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma using 25652-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissue slide using 25652-1-AP (C19orf52 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:2000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
