  WB analysis using 25361-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25361-1-AP (COA7 antibody) at dilution of 1:2500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human colon cancer using 25361-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue slide using 25361-1-AP (COA7 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using COA7 antibody (25361-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

Hintergrundinformationen

Cytochrome c oxidase assembly factor 7 (COA7) is a 231 aa long mitochondrial protein present in animals, containing five Sel1-like tetratricopeptide repeat sequences, which are likely to interact with partner proteins (PMID: 30885959). COA7 is a metazoan-specific assembly factor, the absence or mutation of which in humans accompanies complex IV assembly defects and neurological conditions (PMID: 35210360). COA7 has a molecular weight of ~25 kDa.
