  WB analysis of mouse brain using 27453-1-AP

  mouse brain tissue and mouse skeletal muscle tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27453-1-AP (CACNA2D1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
