  WB analysis using 68190-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68190-1-Ig (CAPZB antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Alpha Tubulin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66031) as loading control.

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 68190-1-Ig

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 68190-1-Ig (CAPZB antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of A431 using 68190-1-Ig

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed A431 cells using CAPZB antibody (68190-1-Ig, Clone: 1F9G2 ) at dilution of 1:2000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 68190-1-Ig

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human CAPZB (68190-1-Ig, Clone:1F9G2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (65208-1-Ig, Clone: C1.18.4) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushodengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: A431-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC (Intra): Jurkat-Zellen
