  WB analysis using 83212-4-RR (same clone as 83212-4-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83212-4-RR (CBP80 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83212-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human ovary cancer using 83212-4-RR (same clone as 83212-4-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovary cancer tissue slide using 83212-4-RR (NCBP1/CBP80 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83212-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83212-4-RR (same clone as 83212-4-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CBP80 antibody (83212-4-RR, Clone: 240012G8 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83212-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83212-4-RR (same clone as 83212-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CBP80 Recombinant antibody (83212-4-RR, Clone:240012G8) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83212-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83212-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83212-4-RR against Human CBP80 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.131 nM.
