The coiled-coil domain containing 167 (CCDC167, also known as HSPC265 and C6orf129) is a membrane protein highly expressed in the lymph node. It is associated with immune function, which could be a therapeutic target for breast cancer and asthma (PMID: 33461170; 31821602).
