  WB analysis using 21209-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21209-1-AP (CCDC25 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 21209-1-AP

  WB result of CCDC25 antibody (21209-1-AP; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-CCDC25 transfected HeLa cells.

• 

  IHC staining of human stomach using 21209-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue slide using 21209-1-AP (CCDC25 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: A549-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen, Jurkat-Zellen, K-562-Zellen, MCF-7-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Magengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
