  WB analysis using 20465-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20465-1-AP (CCDC51 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human ovary tumor using 20465-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovary tumor tissue slide using 20465-1-AP (CCDC51 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using 20465-1-AP (CCDC51 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 and CoraLite488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Ovarialkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen
