  WB analysis using 68324-1-Ig (same clone as 68324-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68324-1-Ig (CCDC94 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68324-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of HeLa using 68324-1-Ig (same clone as 68324-1-PBS)

  WB result of CCDC94 antibody (68324-1-Ig; 1:10000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-CCDC94 transfected HeLa cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68324-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of A431 using 68324-1-Ig (same clone as 68324-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using CCDC94 antibody (68324-1-Ig, Clone: 1D1G9 ) at dilution of 1:1500 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Mouse Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAM002), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68324-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

CCDC94, also known as YJU2, is a splicing factor, predicted to be involved in RNA splicing and negative regulation of DNA damage response, signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Part of U2-type catalytic step 1 spliceosome. And that it is required for pre-mRNA splicing both in vivo and in vitro. Yju2 acts in concert with an unidentified heat-resistant factor(s) in an ATP-independent manner to promote the first catalytic reaction of pre-mRNA splicing after Prp2-mediated structural rearrangement of the spliceosome.
