  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 CCDC94 antibody (CL488-83580-5, Clone: 240517E9 ) at dilution of 1:200.

  FC experiment of A549 using CL488-83580-5

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated CCDC94 Recombinant antibody (CL488-83580-5, Clone:240517E9)(red), or 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (CL488-98136, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

CCDC94, also known as YJU2, is a splicing factor, predicted to be involved in RNA splicing and negative regulation of DNA damage response, signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Part of U2-type catalytic step 1 spliceosome. And that it is required for pre-mRNA splicing both in vivo and in vitro. Yju2 acts in concert with an unidentified heat-resistant factor(s) in an ATP-independent manner to promote the first catalytic reaction of pre-mRNA splicing after Prp2-mediated structural rearrangement of the spliceosome.
