  WB analysis using 20006-1-AP (same clone as 20006-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20006-1-AP (CD134/OX40 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 20006-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 20006-1-AP (same clone as 20006-1-PBS)

  1X10^6 day 3 PHA treated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Human CD134/OX40 (20006-1-AP) and CoraLite®750-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or unstained (blue). Unstimulated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2ug Anti-Human CD134/OX40 (20006-1-AP) and CoraLite®750-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (black dashed). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 20006-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

CD134 (OX40) is a member of the TNFR-superfamily of receptors. Predominantly expressed on activated T cells, CD134 is activated by its cognate ligand CD134L (OX40L) and functions as a T cell co-stimulatory molecule. CD134-CD134L interactions have been proposed as a potential therapeutic target for treating autoimmunity (PMID: 26215166). CD134 can interact with TRAF2, TRAF3, and TRAF5.
