  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98181-1-RR (same clone as 98181-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 untreated or PHA-treated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD134/OX40 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98181-1-RR, Clone: 241398G7) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were co-stained with APC Anti-Human CD4 (RPA-T4) (APC-65143, Clone: RPA-T4). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98181-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 PHA-treated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD134/OX40 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98181-1-RR, Clone: 241398G7) (red) or Isotype Control (blue) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). 1x10^6 untreated human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD134/OX40 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98181-1-RR, Clone: 241398G7) (black, dashed) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98181-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98181-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98181-1-RR against Human CD134/OX40 were performed. The affinity constant is 5.48 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

CD134, also known as OX40 and TNFRSF4, is a member of the TNFR-superfamily of receptors (PMID: 2828930; 9766631). It is a type I transmembrane protein predominantly expressed on activated T cells which include CD4 and CD8 T cells, Th2, Th1, and Th17 cells, as well as regulatory T cells (Tregs) (PMID: 20307208). CD134 is activated by its cognate ligand CD134L (OX40L) and functions as a T cell co-stimulatory molecule (PMID: 26215166). CD134-CD134L interactions have been proposed as a potential therapeutic target for treating autoimmune diseases, cancer and infectious disease (PMID: 26215166; 19426222).
