  1X10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human CD151 (66567-1-Ig, Clone:2A8G8) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (MPC-11) (65128-1-Ig, Clone: MPC-11) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: unboiled A431 cells, bei 37°C inkubierte A549-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche IP: humanes Plazenta-Gewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Tonsillitisgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:200-1:800
• Durchflusszytometrie (FC): FC : 0.40 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

Hintergrundinformationen

CD151 (also known as TSPAN24) is a membrane protein of the tetraspanin superfamily, which are characterized by the presence of four conserved transmembrane regions. Many of these members are involved in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth and motility. CD151 is broadly expressed by a variety of cell types. It is involved in cellular processes including cell adhesion and may regulate integrin trafficking and/or function. CD151 enhances cell motility, invasion and metastasis of cancer cells.
