  FC experiment of human peripheral blood lymphocytes using 65626-1-MR

  1x10^6 human peripheral blood lymphocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD1c (L161) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (65626-1-MR, Clone: L161) or Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (65208-1-Ig, Clone: C1.18.4) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG. Cells were co-stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD19. Cells were not fixed.
