  IF Staining of Jurkat using 65109-1-Ig (same clone as 65109-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using CD45 antibody (65109-1-Ig, Clone: HI30 ) at dilution of 1:500 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65109-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 65109-1-Ig (same clone as 65109-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD45 (HI30) (65109-1-Ig, Clone: HI30) or Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (MOPC-21) (65124-1-Ig, Clone: MOPC-21), and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG. Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 65109-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

CD45, also known as protein tyrosine phosphatase, receptor type C, is a type I transmembrane protein expressed on the surface of all haematopoietic cells with the exception of erythrocytes and platelets (PMID: 3489673; 28615666). CD45 is a pan-haematopoietic cell marker and has been shown to be essential for T- and B-cell activation and signalling (PMID: 9429890; 16378097).
