  1X10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with FITC Anti-Mouse NK1.1 (CD161) (FITC-65138, Clone: PK136) and 0.5 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Mouse CD49b (CL647-65245, Clone: HMΑ2) or 0.5 ug CoraLite® Plus 647-conjugated Armenian Hamster IgG. Cells were not fixed.
