  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98099-1-RR (same clone as 98099-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD59 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98099-1-RR, Clone:241311A4) or Isotype Control and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, Cells were then stained with APC Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (APC-65569, Clone: OKT3). Cells were incubated with FC Receptor Block prior to staining. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98099-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 FC receptor blocked human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD59 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98099-1-RR, Clone:241311A4) and PE-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, and 0.25 ug APC Anti-Human CD3 (OKT3) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (APC-65569, Clone: OKT3), and 0.25 ug Isotype Control. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98099-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98099-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98099-1-RR against Human CD59 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.888 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

CD59, also named as MIC11, MIN1, MIN2, MIN3, MSK21, MIRL, MACIF, HRF20 and 1F5 antigen, is a cell surface molecule glycoprotein with MW 18-25 kDa. It acts as a determinant of proximal-distal cell identity. CD59 acts by binding to the C8 and/or C9 complements of the assembling membrane attack complex (MAC), thereby preventing incorporation of the multiple copies of C9 required for complete formation of the osmolytic pore. It is involved in signal transduction for T-cell activation complexed to a protein tyrosine kinase.
