  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 65203-1-Ig

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Human CD7 (65203-1-Ig, Clone:4H9) or Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control, and CoraLite®594-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:500, then CL405 Anti-Human CD4. Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
