  FC experiment of human PBMCs using 98075-1-RR (same clone as 98075-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were stained with CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD19 (4G7) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (CL647-65562, Clone: 4G7) and 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD79b Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98075-1-RR, Clone:241273B7), or Isotype Control. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98075-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD79b Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98075-1-RR, Clone:241273B7) (red), or Isotype Control(blue). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98075-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human CD79b Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (98075-1-RR, Clone:241273B7) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), and 0.25 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD19 (4G7) Mouse IgG2a Recombinant Antibody (CL647-65562, Clone: 4G7), and 0.25 ug Isotype Control. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98075-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98075-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98075-1-RR against Human CD79b were performed. The affinity constant is 1.41 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

CD79 molecule encompasses two transmembrane proteins, CD79a and CD79b, which form a disulfide-linked heterodimer and are members of the immunoglobulin (Ig) gene superfamily (PMID: 2033258; 1375264; 2304550). CD79b molecule (also known as B29, IGB, AGM6, and Igbeta) is expressed almost exclusively on B cells and B-cell neoplasms, influencing antigen internalization and increasing antigen presentation efficiency (PMID: 7552998). CD79b mutation could be a key biomarker for DLBCL disease progression (PMID: 36182550).
