  1x10^6 human peripheral blood leukocytes were surface stained with 5 ul PE Anti-Human CD89 Rabbit Recombinant Antibody (PE-FcA98105, Clone: 241426E3), or 5 ul PE Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (PE-FcA98136, Clone: 240953C9). Cells were not fixed.
