  IF Staining of HUVEC using CL488-28613

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HUVEC cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 CDC2L1 antibody (CL488-28613) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-28613

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated CDC2L1 Polyclonal antibody (CL488-28613)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
