  WB analysis of COLO 320 using 13091-1-AP

  COLO 320 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13091-1-AP (Cadherin-18 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: COLO 320-Zellen, A549-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Gliomgewebe, Ratten-Cerebellum-Gewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
