  WB analysis using 68653-1-Ig (same clone as 68653-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68653-1-Ig (CEACAM1/CD66a antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68653-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HT-29 using 68653-1-Ig (same clone as 68653-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of unfixed HT-29 cells using CEACAM1/CD66a antibody (68653-1-Ig, Clone: 1D1H1 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and Multi-rAb CoraLite® Plus 594-Goat Anti-Mouse Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (Cat.NO. RGAM004 ). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68653-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HT-29 using 68653-1-Ig (same clone as 68653-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HT-29 cells were surface stained with 0.2 μg CEACAM1/CD66a Monoclonal antibody (68653-1-Ig, Clone:1D1H1) and CoraLite488-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (Cat.NO. SA00013-1). Mouse IgG1 isotype control (66360-1-Ig, Clone: 1F8D3) was parallel stained as control. Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68653-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

CEACAM1, also known as CD66a or BGP (biliary glycoprotein), is a member of the cacinoembryonic antigen (CEA) family which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily of cell adhesion molecules (PMID: 16919437). CEACAMs play major roles in cell-cell and cell-ECM adhesion and have been implicated in the control of cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and tissue remodeling (PMID: 23021083). CEACAM1 is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is expressed on epithelial, endothelial, and immune cells (PMID: 30314283). CEACAM1 has been demonstrated to play a role in morphogenesis, apoptosis, angiogenesis, cell proliferation, cell motility, fibrosis, and immunity (PMID: 31604530).
