  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 27325-1-AP

  MCF-7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27325-1-AP (CEP170 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HeLa using 27325-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27325-1-AP (CEP170 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of HeLa using 27325-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using 27325-1-AP (CEP170 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

CEP170 works very well I confirm that the observed molecular weight is higher than the calculated molecular weight, using at 1:1000 in 5% milk TBSt O/N (LI-COR).
