  IF Staining of A549 using CL488-67901

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 CIB1 antibody (CL488-67901, Clone: 1D2C12 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of Jurkat using CL488-67901

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human CIB1 (CL488-67901, Clone:1D2C12) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2b Isotype Control (CL488-66360-3, Clone: K11B8C4B5) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
