  IF Staining of HEK-293 using CL488-26999

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HEK-293 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 CITED1 antibody (CL488-26999) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HEK-293T using CL488-26999

  1X10^6 HEK-293T cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human CITED1 (CL488-26999) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
