• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushodengewebe, Mausnierengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

The antibody helped capture the full length Clarin-1 protein which was produced in our lab using the cell free expression system of ALiCE. This was a good confirmation of the produced protein after we saw the SDS- PAGE band.
