  WB analysis of HT-29 using 10885-1-AP

  HT-29 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10885-1-AP (CNKSR1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Hintergrundinformationen

CNKSR1 is a protein containing several motifs involved in protein-protein interaction, including PDZ, PH (Pleckstrin homology), and SAM (sterile alpha motif) domains. The encoded protein acts as a scaffold component for receptor tyrosine kinase signaling and may mediate crosstalk between different signaling pathways. CNKSR1 is required in multiple receptor tyrosine kinase pathways where it appears to be a tyrosine phosphorylation targe.
