  WB analysis using 12564-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 12564-1-AP (CNOT4 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 12564-1-AP

  WB result of CNOT4 antibody (12564-1-AP; 1:3000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-CNOT4 transfected MCF-7 cells.

• 

  IHC staining of human lung cancer using 12564-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer using 12564-1-AP (CNOT4 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: MCF-7-Zellen, HEK-293T-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lungenkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
