  WB analysis using 67798-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67798-1-Ig (CNOT4 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Beta Actin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66009) as loading control.

  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 67798-1-Ig

  WB result of CNOT4 antibody (67798-1-Ig; 1:40000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-CNOT4 transfected MCF-7 cells.

  U2OS cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67798-1-Ig (CNOT4 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon cancer tissue slide using 67798-1-Ig (CNOT4 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed human colon cancer tissue using CNOT4 antibody (67798-1-Ig, Clone: 4H5H3 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed human colon cancer tissue using CNOT4 antibody (67798-1-Ig, Clone: 4H5H3 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CNOT4 antibody (67798-1-Ig, Clone: 4H5H3 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L).

Hintergrundinformationen

CNOT4, also known as CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 4 , has E3 ubiquitin ligase activity, and promotes ubiquitination and degradation of target proteins. CNOT4 is involved in activation of the JAK/STAT pathway. CNOT4 exist many isoforms and the range of its molecular weight from 48 to 84 kDa.
