  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using COPA antibody (83089-1-RR, Clone: 230361G2 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83089-1-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human COPA (83089-1-RR, Clone:230361G2) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83089-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83089-1-RR against Human COPA were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Hintergrundinformationen

COPA, also named HEP-COP and Alpha-COP, is coatomer subunit alpha. The coatomer is a cytosolic protein complex that binds to dilysine motifs and reversibly associates with Golgi non-clathrin-coated vesicles, which further mediate biosynthetic protein transport from the ER, via the Golgi up to the trans Golgi network. Coatomer complex is required for budding from Golgi membranes, and is essential for the retrograde Golgi-to-ER transport of dilysine-tagged proteins.
