  WB analysis using 83089-2-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83089-2-RR (COPA antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human ovarian cancer using 83089-2-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovarian cancer slide using 83089-2-RR (COPA antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HeLa using 83089-2-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using COPA antibody (83089-2-RR, Clone: 230361B1 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83089-2-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug COPA Recombinant antibody (83089-2-RR, Clone:230361B1) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

COPA, also named HEP-COP and Alpha-COP, is coatomer subunit alpha. The coatomer is a cytosolic protein complex that binds to dilysine motifs and reversibly associates with Golgi non-clathrin-coated vesicles, which further mediate biosynthetic protein transport from the ER, via the Golgi up to the trans Golgi network. Coatomer complex is required for budding from Golgi membranes, and is essential for the retrograde Golgi-to-ER transport of dilysine-tagged proteins.
