  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17269-1-AP (COQ10B antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

COQ10B (coenzyme Q10, homolog B) is an anti-apoptosis enzyme stored in the mitochondria of cells and belongs to the COQ10 family. COQ10B is an important biological cofactor, which can increase the concentration of mitochondria in the brain and play a neuroprotective role (PMID: 35613207). COQ10B is an isoform of COQ10 and has been detected in chronic stress-associated intestinal barrier dysfunction, acute pelvic inflammatory illness, moyamoya disease, and pelvic inflammatory disease (PMID: 35911165). The calculated molecular mass of COQ10B is 27 kDa.
