  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using CORO1A antibody (84602-5-RR, Clone: 242027H5 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84602-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 84602-5-RR (same clone as 84602-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CORO1A Recombinant antibody (84602-5-RR, Clone:242027H5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84602-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84602-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84602-5-RR against Human CORO1A were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Hintergrundinformationen

CORO1A also known as TACO, belongs to the WD repeat coronin family. CORO1A is recruited to phagosomes and actively retained by surviving mycobacteria and is usually released before phagosome fusion with or maturation into lysosomes. CORO1A is expressed in the brain, thymus, spleen, bone marrow, and lymph nodes. Mutations in CORO1A cause Immunodeficiency 8 with lymphoproliferation (IMD8)(PMID: 10338208).
