  mouse liver lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11498-1-AP (COX11 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human pancreas cancer using 11498-1-AP (COX11 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens).

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:1000-1:4000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
