  WB analysis using 11437-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11437-1-AP (COX6B2 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 11437-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 11437-1-AP (COX6B2 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

It has been shown to be expressed in a subset of lung and breast tumors at a level >1% of the testicular level of expression(PMID: 24491090). It belongs to the cytochrome c oxidase subunit 6B family.
