  FC experiment of HeLa using 82916-1-RR (same clone as 82916-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug COXIV Recombinant antibody (82916-1-RR, Clone:3K20) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).   Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82916-1-RR against Human COXIV were performed. The affinity constant is 9.41 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

COX4I1, also named as COX4 and COXIV-1, belongs to the cytochrome c oxidase IV family. It is one of the nuclear-coded polypeptide chains of cytochrome c oxidase, the terminal oxidase in mitochondrial electron transport. COX4I1 is a marker for mitochondria. It has two isoforms (isoform 1 and 2). Isoform 1(COX4I1) is ubiquitously expressed and isoform 2 is highly expressed in lung tissues.
